This page displays formatting guidelines that should be used throughout this help system. This initial paragraph serves as what the default text should look like and how it should be displayed. When writing a paragraph, don't create your own newlines by hitting return but let the text wrap naturally.
Lets talk about text formating: - When trying to bring a word to someone's attention, use bold!
- One should never use underline for formatting on the web as this can be confused as a link.
- Never ever add a background color to text... Wow now that's tacky.
- NEVER USE ALL CAPS. People don't need to be screamed at.
Lists, Unordered and OrderedWhen creating a list of items that are ordered or unordered, use the list features above and don't create your own bullet points and numbers: - List item one
- List item two
- Hit tab to start a sublist
- Hit ctrl-tab to move back to the main list
Here's an example of a unordered list - Yep, that's right unordered
- It can be that easy. I'm now going to hit ctrl-enter to stay on this indent level but not start another bullet
