New Custom Registration Forms Feature

Now you can add your own questions to customer registration pages.

With the custom fields feature you can add your own questions to the MySAM registration page on a per-season basis and add your own fields to the customer profile.

New Team Builder Feature

A new way to quickly build-out your leagues using customer information including custom fields.

The team builder feature allows you to move dozens of players at a time from one team to another. Create a holding team, sort the players by their custom fields, and then assign them to the appropriate teams.

New Fine-Grained Authorization Control

Decide precisely which SAM actions are allowed for each employee authorization level.

We have begun migrating to a new authorization model that will allow your SAM administrator to assign specific allowed actions to each employee authorization. For example, you can restrict customer search export to the global accounting authorization if you choose.

MySAM Experience Button

See what your customer sees on MySAM from their Customer Profile.

Click on the "MySAM Experience" button on the customer profile page to see what your customer sees on MySAM. Great for helping your customers get the most out of their online experience!

MySAM Register New Child

Season Registration Email

Select an email template to be automatically sent when someone registers for a specific season via MySAM.

When you create or edit a season, simply select one of your email templates from the drop-down selector labeled "Registration Email".  The selected email will be sent to your customer when they register for a group within that season.

Bulk Print Rosters

Print an entire league's rosters all at once.

Try out the new feature found under Reports=>Rosters. Select a Season and optionally a League and Team and print a group of rosters all at once. A great time-saver, especially for Camps!
